Objective:Light

Melbourne’s first Objective:Light for 2010 will provide an insight
into the curation of the annual light festival, held at Fed Square.
“The Light in Winter program includes cutting edge, major
international commissions and locally-produced light-based artworks.
The Light in Winter is now in its fourth year and is growing brighter with
every step, with more artists, more communities, more events and
more opportunities to be involved.”

Light In Winter

So..the Federation Square The Light in Winter Festival is back, 4 June to 4 July and Guerrilla Lighting will be all over that plaza for 8 nights of lighting improvisation...the lighting design students at RMIT and the VCA should  be joining us for some old fashioned institutional rivalry..or at least a throw down light off..

Vivid Light Walk

The Start of the Sydney Lighting Festival Vivid.
100 Dolphin Torches and a whole lot of fun.
The night started with minimal expectations and ended with a 100 people all dancing and playing with light.
